1. SHARBAT REHAN LEMONADE

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients :

Sharbat Rehan - 2-2 1/2 tbsps

Chilled Water or Soda- 1 Large Cup

Mint Leaves - 3-4 Leaves

Lemon Juice - 1 1/2 tbsps

Ice Cubes - As Required

 

Instructions :

In a tall glass, add Sharbat Rehan Syrup, add Mint Leaves, Lemon Juice and Chilled water or soda and mix well, add ice cubes and serve.

 

Notes :

You can make Sharbat Rehan lassi by beating 1/2 cup thick curd and 2 tbsps of sugar till smooth. Add 2 tbsps Sharbat Rehan and a cup of chilled water and mixed well. Add Ice cubes and serve.

Another variation, is to add a cup of chilled milk and a scoop of vanilla ice cream to 2 tbsps of Sharbat Rehan and blend till smooth. Sharbat Rehan Milkshake is ready to be served.

2. SHARBAT REHAN MILK SHAKE

Prep Time : 10 min

Cook Time: 0 min

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients :

Sharbat Rehan - 4 tbsps

Chilled Milk - 2 Large Cup

Sugar - 3-4 tbsps

Sabza Seed - 1 & 1/2 tbsps

 

Instructions :

Add Sharbat Rehan Syrup to the chilled milk, add sugar. If sugar has big granules then grind into powder, so it dissolve quickly.

Mix well and keep it refrigerated till serving.

Add spoonful of sabza seed before serving, if you like.

 

Notes :

It can be kept for 2 days in fridge.

 

 

3. SHARBAT REHAN with VANILLA

Prep Time : 5 min

Cook Time: 0 min

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients :

Sharbat Rehan - 4 tbsps

Chilled and Boiled Milk - 2 1/2 Cup

Sugar - 1/2 tbsps

Vanilla pod/essence - As Required

Almond Flakes - 3 tbsps

Cherries/Strawberries - (optional)

 

Instructions :

Grind the almonds along with skin to a coarse powder/flakes.

Scrape the pith from vanilla pod.

Mix all the ingredients and blend it once or twice.

Serve cold.

 

Notes :

1. If using vanilla essence just add it along with milk.

2. You can also pistachios along with almonds.

3. You can blend this along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an exotic drink.

4. SHARBAT REHAN MANGO ICE CREAM SHAKE

Prep Time : 5 min

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients :

Sharbat Rehan - 2 tbsps

Mango - 1

Ice Cream (Any flavour like vanilla etc.) - 2 Scoop

Raisins - 10 Pcs

Milk - 1 and 1/2 cup

Few Ice Cubes

 

Instructions :

Peal and cut the mango in to cubes.

Add milk, few ice cubes and blend it in to the mixer or blender.

Take 1 scoop of icecream and place on the top of the shake and sprinkle Sharbat Rehan, Raisins on the shake.

Now enjoy mango Icecream shake with Sharbat Rehan and raisins !!

5. SHARBAT REHAN Giny Martini

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients :

Sharbat Rehan - 4 tbsps

Chilled Water - 4 Cup

Sugar - 1/2 tbsps

Lemon Juice - 3 tbsps

Mint Leaves - 5-7 Leaves

Ice - As Needed

 

Instructions :

All you need to do is take the following ingredients, throw them into your shaker with a little ice and mix it up.

 

Notes :

1. This is great mocktail to pair with a spicy tandoori chicken from the BBQ, the sweetness is the perfect balance to spice.
