Sharbat Rehan is a revered cooling drink created by the legendary scholar and hakim, Hakeem Imtiyazuddin Zakai Sahab. A descendant of the eminent Hakim Zakaullah, Hakeem Imtiyazuddin Zakai Sahab was known for his contributions to traditional medicine and his innovative formulations.
In old Delhi's Ballimaran area, near Chandni Chowk, Zakai Sahab crafted Sharbat Rehan in his residence and clinic. This refreshing drink combines distillates of herbs, fruits, flowers, and vegetables. Believed to contain various cooling ingredients, including Tulsi, rose, sandalwood, lotus flower, vetiver, mint, coriander, pine apple, orange etc., it is cherished for its luxurious rose fragrance and vibrant crimson color.
